Clinically dosed means each ingredient is present at the exact amount used in peer-reviewed human trials that demonstrated efficacy — not a trace amount added just to put it on the label. A common industry trick is 'fairy-dusting': listing an ingredient at 1–5% of the studied dose. We never do this.

Before any batch ships, we send samples to an independent, accredited laboratory with no financial relationship to HerbiGummy. They test for potency (does it contain what we claim?), purity (no heavy metals, pathogens, or contaminants), and label accuracy. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on every product page — look for the 'Lab Reports' tab.

Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) is the FDA's quality standard for supplement manufacturers. Our Illinois facility is cGMP-certified, meaning documented SOPs, trained staff, controlled environments, and verified batch testing at every stage of production. It's the same standard used for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

For certain ingredients, the pharmaceutical-grade synthetic form is purer, more consistent in dose, and better studied than plant-derived alternatives. Synthetic USP-grade melatonin, for example, has decades of clinical evidence behind it. We always choose the form with the most robust evidence, whether that's organic, wild-harvested, or synthesized to the highest standard.
