Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@herbigummy.com.

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we can usually make changes or cancel it. After that, we'll need to wait until it arrives and process a return. Email orders@herbigummy.com with your order number.
